What Is Health?

to me, health is one persons mental and physical condition. there are many ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle such as;

  • exercising daily
  • eating more fruits and veggies
  • getting a good nights sleep
  • taking vitamins
  • drinking lots of water
  • watching what you eat – balanced diet
  • regular checkups at the doctor
  • keeping good company

knowing how to be healthy and pursuing a healthy lifestyle is VERY important and should be something everyone is taught early on in life. it’s no secret that everyone would want/likes to feel good about themselves and being healthy can do that for you!
